The Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse released the Working with Children Checks report on 17 August 2015.
This report addresses paragraph (a) of the Letters Patent.
(a) what institutions and governments should do to better protect children against child sexual abuse and related matters in institutional contexts in the future.
Recommendations
The Working with Children Checks report contains recommendations in relation to strengthening the protection children receive through Working with Children Checks.
